Shipping & Delivery
- Flat-rate shipping applies as indicated on the website.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $35 within the United States.
- Local delivery is available within Calvert County, MD.
- In-person pickup is available at our Owings, MD location by appointment.
- Rachel’s Moonlit Candle Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless items arrive damaged or defective.
- If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

- Our products contain fragrance oils and essential oils. Please read labels carefully.
- Keep candles and rollers out of reach of children and pets.

Returns & Refunds

Terms of Return
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective. All claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
State of Return
Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. Because our products are hand-poured and personalized, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items.
Reason for Return
Returns are accepted only if your order was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong product.
Process for Return
